What the terminal stores on your device

Under § 25 (1) TDDDG, storing information on your device is permitted only with your consent. Exempt is what is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Only the following entries are set:

EntryPurposeLegal basisRetention
quancore.localeStores the language you chose yourself (German or English), so the view appears the way you set it the next time you visit.Necessary under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPRUntil you change it or clear your browser storage
quancore.consentStores your decision about non-essential processing together with its timestamp and version, so it is demonstrable and does not have to be asked again on every visit.Necessary under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPRUntil withdrawn, at most until the next version of this notice

Both entries stay exclusively in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to any server. No advertising or recognition cookies are set.

Audience measurement

Audience or usage measurement takes place only if you explicitly allow it in the consent banner. Without consent it does not run. The legal basis is then § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Server log files

When the page is called up, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data — in particular IP address, timestamp, address requested, referrer, browser and operating-system identifier. The purpose is delivery, security and stability of the offering. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure operation.

Your own notes in the signed-in area

Once the signed-in area is available, you will be able to store your own notes and assessments against metrics there. Those texts are stored for you alone and are not evaluated in order to suggest a trading direction to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. They are deleted as soon as you delete them or close your account. Until that area is enabled, no such content is processed.

Recipients and processors

Personal data is passed only to service providers necessary to operate the offering and contractually bound under Art. 28 GDPR:

{{AUFTRAGSVERARBEITER}}

Transfers to third countries

The metrics and news displayed are retrieved from external data sources. Retrieval happens server-side, so your IP address is not transmitted to those sources. To the extent a transfer to a third country nevertheless takes place, it is based on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR:

{{DRITTLAND_TRANSFERS}}

Data from public sources (Art. 14 GDPR)

The news and events views reproduce reports from publicly accessible sources. These may contain names of people in public life, such as representatives of central banks or governments. Headline, source, timestamp and link are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in informing about market developments. The source of every report is stated directly at the report.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Access to the data processed about you (Art. 15)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Erasure (Art. 17)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Data portability (Art. 20)
  • Objection to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21)
  • Withdrawal of a consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
